My goal is to create a safe space where individuals can build resilience and empower themselves to live authentically and fully. I am passionate about linking arms with my clients to walk right through the middle of what life throws our way.

I believe every individual is complex, and doing the best they can with the resources and experiences available to them. I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person’s journey, understanding that growth and healing can often require compassionate exploration of past experiences. Through trauma-informed care and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, I guide clients toward healing by helping them reconnect with their internal parts to understand the impact of past wounds.
