Megan Stark, LPCC, MA
My goal is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood and supported as we explore the patterns and beliefs that influence how you see yourself.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self, without needing to have everything figured out. I see therapy as a process of getting curious about the stories and experiences that have shaped you and exploring what they mean to you now.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity, self-worth, and other experiences that can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. Whether you’re working through something specific or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and explore what comes next.
